About Us
Our genetics determine who we are and how we respond to our environment. A major focus of our research is cancer genetics and understanding why certain people are most likely to get cancer and why certain drugs works on some patients and not others. Areas of active study and development included lung cancer, breast cancer, neurofibromatosis, and melanoma. We are also heavily focused on identifying the genetic drivers of human malignancy and developing novel gene editing therapies that can be used in combination, or in replacement of, current treatment modalities.
